PAYMENTS & HOLIDAY AGREEMENT

Adult fun classes are pay as you go (fees MUST be paid pre class)

Remaining are Monthly payments, Once a dancer is 4 weeks settled, we require Parent/Guardian to read the Payment Agreement below and submit associated form. The email address provided in the form submission will be sent a monthly payment email each month for the following month dance fees.

Monthly payments will ensure yours/your child’s place in class, prevent less errors and keeps you in the loop of spend each month.

Payment arrangements

All monthly payments must be made by the 1st of each month at the latest.

Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer. If you would like to pay weekly rather than monthly, please contact Emma- Fortitude Danceworks owner privately to discuss the available payment options.

Please do not use ‘DANCE’ as the payment reference, as the payee name may take time to appear and this can make it unclear who has made the payment.

From the 1st of January each year, each dancer is entitled to 4 weeks of holiday per year while attending Fortitude Danceworks. This allowance is based on a full year of attendance and is intended to cover holidays, family commitments and other planned absences, forms are available from reception or online within the Student Hub.

If a dancer joins Fortitude part-way through the year, their holiday allowance will be adjusted proportionately. For example, a dancer joining in July would receive 2 weeks of holiday for the remainder of that year. In short, the allowance is calculated at 1 week of holiday per quarter.

Once the allocated holiday allowance has been used, any additional holidays or absences will remain payable. This helps us to maintain your child’s place in their class, particularly in classes with limited spaces, and ensures that we can continue to operate classes effectively even when attendance varies.

How FDW school holidays affect payments

School holidays will be treated according to the published Fortitude Danceworks school holiday calendar.

The payment arrangement for each holiday period will be confirmed in advance and reflected in the monthly payment schedule.

Where a holiday period affects a payment, the adjustment will be made to the appropriate payment rather than being calculated class-by-class.

Any changes to the published school holiday dates will be communicated to parents/guardians as soon as reasonably possible.
