PAYMENTS & HOLIDAYS

Adult fun classes are pay as you go (fees MUST be paid pre class)

Remaining are Monthly payments, agreement letters are handed once the dancer is over 2 weeks settled, these are to be reviewed and signed, the email address provided will be sent a monthly payment letter each month for the following month dance fees.

The monthly payments will ensure yours/your child’s place in class, prevent less errors and keeps you in the loop of spend each month.

Your preferred payment date must be on or before the 30th of each month, Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer

Reference: Needs to be yours/your dancers’ name

**Note, please do not reference ‘DANCE’ as the payee’s name can take some time to come through therefore unclear on who has paid

How holidays work:

From the 1st of January each year you will get 4 x absences without paying (on top of when the school is closed) Any absences after this time must be paid for. These can be used for holidays, illness etc. forms are available to fill in from reception.

You will have 4 holidays per class day.

4 x Mondays

4 x Tuesday

4 x Wednesday

4 x Saturday

The 4 x holidays are for the full year dancing at Fortitude, If you start the school later in the year your holidays will be reduced to suit, i.e start in July you will have 2 holidays (holiday per quarter)

After this time, you will be required to pay for any other holidays taken this is to ensure your child’s place is kept in busy classes and classes with low numbers can continue running etc.

Pre-planned holidays will be deducted from your invoice with enough notice (4 weeks) to enable us to re send monthly fees. Any holidays after this will be captured and taken off the following months fees.
